I don’t like telling people what to eat, or that this or that diet is the best. What I will tell you, is that after listening to Bulletproof Radio for months, I decided to buy the book, follow the diet and see what happened. Long story short: I stopped going to the gym, I lost over 50lbs (baby weight and stress fat), and my blood sugar is more stable so I have less panic attacks. All I’m saying is that you have probably tried a million things that haven’t worked, and so have I. This works for me. Try it.
